What are your check-in and check-out times?Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is before 11am (unless previously arranged).

Is there a minimum night stay?Yes. A minimum of 2 nights stay is required.

Do I need to bring linen and towels?We provide luxury linens for all of the beds, and they will be made when you arrive. The bathroom will have towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. And the kitchen will have tea towels.

Do you provide WiFi?Many of our properties do include WiFi, however, it's offered as per the individual property. Therefore, we recommend that you check these details before making your booking and let us know if you have any questions. Please note that in the properties that do provide WiFi, we make every effort to ensure that the service is setup and working well. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the speed and availability of the connection at all times.

What’s your cancellation policy?Full refund from time of booking as long as guest cancels within 48 hours of booking or 14 days before check-in (date taken from confirmation email) Between 14 and 7 days before booking, guests can cancel with 50% refund of total payment. No refund of cancellation within 7 days.

Do you have House Rules?Yes. While we understand that you're on holiday, we do expect that all of our guests will respect these House Rules: No smoking inside the property. No pets (unless previously arranged). No weddings, parties or events. Please check each individual property as there might be other House Rules specific to that property. Thank you!
