What are your check-in and check-out times?


Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is before 11am (unless previously arranged).




Is there a minimum night stay?


Yes. A minimum of 2 nights stay is required and 14 nights is the maximum length.




Do I need to bring linen and towels?


We provide luxury linens for all of the beds, and they will be made when you arrive. The bathroom will have towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. And the kitchen will have tea towels.




Do you provide WiFi?


Many of our properties do include WiFi, however, it's offered as per the individual property. Therefore, we recommend that you check these details before making your booking and let us know if you have any questions. Please note that in the properties that do provide WiFi, we make every effort to ensure that the service is setup and working well. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the speed and availability of the connection at all times.




What’s your cancellation policy?


If you cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel before 7 days of your reservation commencing, you will receive a 50% refund, minus any service fees. If you cancel on the day that your reservation commences, or thereafter, you will receive a refund for the cleaning fee only - if you paid one.




Do you have House Rules?


Yes. While we understand that you're on holiday, we do expect that all of our guests will respect these House Rules: No smoking inside the property. No pets (unless previously arranged). No weddings, parties or events. Please check each individual property as there might be other House Rules specific to that property. Thank you!
